Eileen (she/they) is a non-binary writer of fantasy and science fiction.They made their creative debut with a heartfelt apology to spiders and have since branched out to tell stories about talking pigs, gods on leashes and holiday covers for the Grim Reaper. Their work has been awarded by Listowel Writer’s Week and the Irish Writer’s Centre, as well as being shortlisted for MONO Poetry Prize 2023. Most recently their short fiction appeared in The Writing Fae with more fiction and poetry forthcoming in Azarão Lit, Moss Puppy, Bloodlust Mag and Jokes Literary Review in their respective spring issues for 2026. Eileen is currently working on a sci-fi novel while wandering the Thin Place between Dublin and Berlin.
